About the Job
Clearfield is looking for an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to join its established London Built Environment team near Liverpool Street.
This is an opportunity for a proven recruiter to take ownership of a specialist temp desk within an established, profitable recruitment business with significant existing client activity.
Clearfield worked with around 400 clients last year and has approximately 500 temporary workers out each week, giving recruiters access to substantial infrastructure and an established market presence.
The business offers high levels of autonomy, strong systems and back-office support, negotiable commission with no thresholds, and genuine long-term progression including equity opportunities.
What You'll Do
Core responsibilities and daily activities in this role
Manage and grow a 360 temporary recruitment desk
Develop new and existing client relationships
Source, qualify and manage specialist candidates
Win and deliver temporary recruitment requirements
Build a strong pipeline across the Built Environment market
Operate autonomously while working alongside an experienced leadership team
Generate consistent weekly GP and long-term client revenue
