We are looking for an ambitious 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our growing London office, focusing on the fast-paced technology and digital transformation sector. In this full-cycle role, you will take ownership of the entire recruitment process, from mapping out target markets and generating new business to sourcing exceptional talent and managing the end-to-end placement journey.

What You'll Do
Core responsibilities and daily activities in this role
Manage the full 360 recruitment lifecycle from initial client engagement through to candidate placement and follow-up
Conduct strategic business development calls to secure new clients, job requirements, and exclusive agreements
Source, headhunt, and screen candidates using various channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and direct networking
Deliver a consultative service by understanding client culture, team dynamics, and specific technical requirements
Negotiate offer packages to ensure a smooth onboarding process for both client and candidate
Maintain and update the internal CRM system with accurate records of daily activities, pipeline progress, and market intelligence
Attend industry networking events and client meetings to build a strong personal brand within the tech sector
